BEFORE THE DEMO

How long does the demo take?

30 minutes: 20 minutes live demo and 10 minutes Q&A. Happy to go longer if needed.

What should we prepare?

Ideally, think about which specific questions you'd like to test KoAssist on. If possible, have one or two sample documents from your own world ready. We can also run a standard demo without any preparation.

Can we use our own documents in the demo?

Absolutely. You can upload one to three documents in advance for us to index for the demo. This makes the session much more concrete because you experience KoAssist with your own knowledge.

Who from our team should attend?

At least one engineer and one decision-maker. Optionally an IT lead, if security or integration questions are a priority. More than five participants makes the format less focused.

What happens after the demo?

You receive a brief summary with the key points and a proposal for next steps. If there's interest, we plan a two- to four-week pilot with a small team from your organization.

Also available in English?

Yes, the demo can be held in English. German is the default. Indicate your language preference when booking.
