Project memory

The status of every project, for the whole team.

KoAssist reads the specification, emails and minutes of every project, turns them into a sourced project profile, keeps the status current for the whole team and puts up what needs deciding.

How KoAssist works in a project

From specification to project status.

  1. Drop the documents

Upload the specification or connect the project folder from SharePoint, OneDrive or Google Drive. That is all it takes to start.

  2. KoAssist fills the profile

Facts and requirements come from the documents, each with its source. Whatever is missing goes on a list of questions for the customer.

  3. KoAssist runs along

New documents, matching emails and notes from the team come in. Dates, deadlines and commitments land in the schedule.

  4. You decide

Every change arrives as a proposal. What someone on the team approves is adopted, and everyone sees the same status.

In detail

The project profile, every item sourced.

From the specification, order and minutes KoAssist fills in the project's facts. Everyone on the team sees what is settled, where it comes from and what is still open.

  • Required items at a glance

Each project template defines what has to be settled. KoAssist shows how much of it is sourced and what is missing.

  • Partly sourced is flagged

If an item is only half in the documents, KoAssist says so openly instead of filling a gap.

  • Who knows this?

For open items KoAssist suggests whom on the team to ask, or puts the question on the list for the customer.

What it brings

What changes in day-to-day project work.

New team members get up to speed faster.

Whoever joins the project reads the profile and the history instead of spending days in folders and inboxes.

The status no longer comes from the meeting.

Everyone sees the same status with its source. The status meeting settles what needs deciding instead of first collecting what happened.

Project knowledge stays in the company.

When an experienced colleague leaves, their projects stay readable. The next project starts with what the earlier ones taught.

The way to KoAssist

Test KoAssist on a real project.

You judge KoAssist on your own project, with measured results and no commitment.

  1. 01

    First conversation

30 minutes. You bring a specification, we show KoAssist on your documents.

  2. 02

    Pilot on one project

60 days on a running or upcoming project. To start, uploading the documents is enough.

  3. 03

    Decision based on results

Measured on day one and after 60 days. Then you decide whether to continue.
